Grenfell Institute of Technology Australia (GITA) provides flexible payment options to all current and future students. Depending upon your course, you can pay fee in monthly and quarterly instalments. Please refer to your Offer Letter and International Student Agreement for payment plan details. Students are not required to pay more than the initial tuition fee amount as stated on their offer letter (or more than 50% of the tuition fee) before the start of the course.

However, students can pay more than 50% if they wish to do so. Any amount of fees paid before the start of the course will be reflected on your Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE).

All payments towards your course must be made into Grenfell Institute of Technology Australia’s account listed below.

Kindly mention your unique student id, full name and date of birth in the reference/description section and email fee receipt to info@gita.edu.au.
Always remember to collect your fee payment receipt from the college.

You can also visit the college and pay your course fee using your debit card. We accept all major debit cards.

You can request a link from the college to pay using your credit card.
Please email info@gita.edu.au to request an authorised credit card payment link. Surcharge applies on credit card payments.

Where fees are overdue and you have not made alternative arrangements, a first warning, second warning and notice of intention to report regarding non-payment of fees will be sent to you as follows:

  1. First warning letter: failing to pay an invoice within 5 days of receipt or contacting us to make alternative arrangements.
  2. Second warning letter: failing to pay an invoice within 5 days of receipt of the first warning letter or contacting us to make alternative arrangements.
  3. Notice of intention to report: failing to pay an invoice within 5 days of receipt of the second warning letter or contacting us to make alternative arrangements.

Following cancellation of enrolment due to non-payment of fees, your debt will be referred to a debt collection agency. If Grenfell Institute of Technology Australia has already exhausted its efforts in recovering the fees, we begin by involving third party for debt recovery, any charges incurred in pursuance of such debt collection are payable by the debtor.
